Art. 1 Rules for using the services provided by Bellagio Slow Life

The customer with the reservation undertakes to comply with the regulations for the use of the apartments.

Art. 2 Booking

The booking of the room can be done either electronically via this website, or through direct contact with the management; both modes are regulated by the present contract.

The indication of a credit card is essential for the purposes of booking and management, in application of the provisions of the subsequent articles.

The room requires a reservation by the Management.

Art. 3 Cancellation by the Customer – early departure

If the customer intends to cancel the booking, use the website or a mail, these must promptly communicate via the website or to the management, always by mail. The termination made by himself orally is not allowed.

Free cancellation

• LOCANDA DELLA MARIA: The customer can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the cost of the entire stay if he cancels in the 3 days before arrival or if not presents on the day of arrival.
• VILLA CRELLA: It is possible to cancel a reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days before arrival, the cost corresponding of the entire stay will be charged.

If the cancellation occurs within 7 days before arrival the total cost of the booked stay will be charged.

In addition, in case of late arrival, in case of early departure or no-show on the expected day of arrival, the Management reserves the right to charge the entire stay.

Art. 4 – Cancellation of the booking by the Management

If the Management intends to cancel the booking already carried out and confirmed, the Customer will be entitled to a penalty equal to the advance paid price, thus renouncing to assert the additional damage.

Art. 5 Check-in

• • LOCANDA DELLA MARIA:

For a safe and fast reception, check-in will take place online and with “contactless” key delivery.
The day before your arrival we will send you an email with all the instructions for easy access in total autonomy.
The rooms will be available from 2.30 PM

• VILLA CRELLA
  Check-in is available from 3 to 6 PM at the Villa (see “How to get to Villa Crella“)
  A person will await your arrival at the time indicated at the time of booking.

Art. 6 Check-out

The check-out is scheduled for 10.00, unless otherwise agreed with the Management.

Art. 7 Payment Policy

• • LOCANDA DELLA MARIA:

Payment for the entire stay must be made within three days of your arrival.
You will receive a link on your email and/or smartphone to make the payment with your card credit in complete safety.
Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

• VILLA CRELLA: Payment for the entire stay must be made within 14 days of your arrival.
  You will receive on your email and/or on your smartphone a link to make the payment with your card credit in complete safety.
  Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of the reservation.

 

Art. 8 Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy: The customer can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. The customer pays the cost of the entire stay if he cancels in the 3 days before arrival or if not presents on the day of arrival.
Any other amounts due as balance of the extras or charges in case of damage will be paid at the check-out.
The loss or breakage of the key will be counted with a minimum amount of € 30.00.

Art. 9 Court and jurisdiction

Any controversy concerning the execution of the contract should arise between the customer and Bellagio Slow Life will be devolved to the Italian jurisdiction with a forum complying with Lecco.

The regulation of use is attached and the customer with the booking of the stay declares to accept both the present contract and the aforementioned regulation, as well as individually and independently the unfair terms clause ex art. 1341 of the Civil Code referred to in art. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, and to authorize the processing of personal data pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
