Positioned on the slope of the Bellagio promontory, just a few minutes walk from town center, overlooking Tremezzina and bordering the gardens of Villa Melzi, which dominates from above, with which shares the incomparable view of the Lake Como basin as far as the eye can see.Agritourism is composed of a single building entirely renovated in the year 2019 and surrounded by private park composed of olive groves and cultivation of small fruits, vegetable garden and aromatic herbs.
An exclusive and elegant vacation spot in contact with nature for a stay in the countryside.
The main building offers different types of accommodation, all equipped with the same comforts, some with a view of the lake and others with garden view..
The breakfast room offers a buffet made of local and Lombardy region products.
The structure is located immediately above the park of Villa Melzi d´Eril and a very short distance, about 400 meters, from the city center.
Chill out islands are scattered in a reserved positions along the garden and are reserved for guests, the bar service is also guaranteed outside.
Numerous internal and external activities will be at your disposal provision during the stay: wine tasting, cooking classes, water sports equipment rental, bike rental also racing ones, guided excursions and many more.
A private guarded parking is present inside the structure which is secured by a internal and external video surveillance system which strictly follows all current Italian and European privacy regulations.
An equipped solarium is available a few steps from the rooms.
The agritourism staff is available 24 hours a day, from 8 am to 8 pm at the reception.
We strictly follow all safety protocols during the access and permanence of our guests in the structure.
All rooms are sanitized before check-in and spaces are organized to avoid close contact between guests both indoor and outdoor.
We also provide basic personal protection equipment, masks, and hands sanitizers.
We have also been visited and reviewed by national Police commission that has stated that Il Colle is following all rules required by law.
Buffet Breakfast and Local products
Breakfast is served with intercontinental buffet formula.
On the menu: cafeteria and local products made at Bellagio Dairy and products of the provinces of Como, Lecco and Sondrio: jams, meats, cheeses, honey, breads.
In season, freshly harvested fruits and garden produce are also served.

Breakfast may be consumed either in our indoor breakfast hall or at our outdoor equipped area, in this last case depending on weather conditions.
Furthermore, it is possible to purchase local products and selected wine products from the best local and Italian wineries.

At the end of the summer the olive harvest takes place from the trees of our farm.
All the harvest is then taken to the community oil mill in Bellagio where it is transformed into extra virgin olive oil which will be bottled under our brand.
