The villa belongs to that group of patrician villas, once a country residence, that dot the villages of Bellagio, in particular here we are in the hamlet of San Giovanni whose village is opposite the park of the villa itself.

The building was renovated in 1997 with conservative restoration to maintain the frescoes and antique furniture.

The park with an extension of 9000 sqm is available to guests, on the edge of it there is a cultivation of olive trees, characteristic of the area.

Also a large private parking is available to guests.

Both units have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine and a private bathroom with bidet, shower and hairdryer. Also a microwave, fridge, oven, kettle and American coffee machine are available.

The historic center of Bellagio is easily reachable on foot or by public transport that stop directly at the side of the villa.

WATER SHUTTLE

The boarding of water shuttle with stop in Bellagio and lake center destinations is 300 meters from the hotel and it is available during summertime.

The apartment with greater surface of the structure consists of a fully equipped kitchen area with direct access to the elegant living room with fireplace usable by guests and frescoed ceiling. Direct view of Lake Como.

The sleeping area has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, the furnishings are period and date from the foundation of the structure.

The spacious and bright bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower.

The private park and the terrace overlooking the lake shared by all apartments are at guests disposal.

A private restaurant inside the property is available upon reservation.

Private parking for your car is available at main road just a few meters from the entrance.
