1. The regulation of accommodation facilities Villa Crella and Locanda della Maria is established to guarantee guests a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of the same.
It has a contractual nature between “Bellagio Slow Life sas” and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay at the aforementioned facilities and the acceptance of such request by “Bellagio Slow Life” implies the total acceptance by the Guest of these Regulations which is displayed in copies in the apartments and rooms.
All the specific indications given in the signs placed in the area of ownership and / or relevance of the structure must also be respected.
2. Parents (or those who legally exercise their authority) are jointly responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the structure and are required to monitor them and to ensure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility.
3. Any transgression of the rules of this regulation and the common rules of civil coexistence and good performance of the accommodation will result in the immediate termination of the contract by the Guest and the departure from the structure. In this case, the Management is entitled to withhold the sums already paid and to demand the remaining sums, even as compensation for damages, except for the right to compensation for the greater damage.
4. The Management reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time, which will be displayed at the entrance and posted on the website of the structure.
5. On the day of departure the apartments and rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am.
6. Entry into the structure of unauthorized or unregistered persons is prohibited. The visits of friends or family must be previously authorized by the Management upon presentation of an identity document.
7. The Management informs that in the whole structure and inside the apartments Wifi is available and, for Villa Crella, a reserved parking space for each apartment.
8. It is obligatory for guests to respect the rules of civil coexistence and above all relating to the condominium life respecting the hours of silence from 14.00 to 16.00 and from 22.00 to 07.00.
9. The guest Lords are obliged to a decent and responsible use of the common areas and equipment. Guests are allowed to use deckchairs and equipment made available by Bellagio Slow Life to make better use of the green areas; however, customers are requested to store the deckchairs and what is used after each use.
10. In the entire green area it is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts and waste that must be collected in the appropriate containers.
11. The Management is not liable for theft, loss or damage to values and objects left inside the structure.
12. The change of linen, included in the price of the room/apartment, will take place every 4 days. If guests want a change or a cleaning further to those expected will be charged an amount equal to Euro 20
13. The cleaning service of the rooms and apartments, included in the price, will take place every 4 days from 11:00 to 15:00. Guests can not make use of this service at different times than the one established.
14. The Management reserves the right to charge a penalty of Euro 60, if the apartment is left in poor condition or dirt beyond the normal tolerance limits
15. In case of loss of the keys a penalty of € 30.00 will be applied.
16. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms, the apartments and in the common areas of the structure.
The management is grateful for the kind attention of its kind guests to turn off the lights, the television and the air conditioner and to close the taps in the bathroom before leaving the room.
17. It is absolutely forbidden to throw objects in the toilets and sinks that can obstruct the pipes. Any damage caused to the structures due to negligence or negligence will be attributed to those who caused the event.
Pets are not allowed inside the property.
